11 am - 12 pm Medicine Plant Walk with Blair Richards-Koeslag

Blair is an herbalist and permaculture teacher who interacts magically with the plant world.


11am - 12 pm Shannon's teachings are designed to build the kinaesthetic imagination of humans of all ages

This workshop will include games, lessons about breath and partnered acrobatic activities. Come dressed to tumble and get a bit dirty! Welcome children of all ages over 5.


12 pm - 1 pm Health Effects of Wireless Technology presentation by Valentina Rosandic

She has mastered how to live in a wireless world with minimal damage.


12 pm - 1 pm We all have one!....sexual orientation and gender identity, with Ishwar Persad

Learn and ask about sexual orientation and gender identity. Also explore concepts about LGBTTQ community.


1 pm - 2:30 pm Astrology with Jean Brereton

This highly anticipated annual event informs forward movement for many Fair veterans.


1pm - 5pm Tarot Temple with Sabrina and Friends

Drop in, to rest and dream, inviting the Oracles of the Tarot to illuminate the Mysteries of Life and Death.


5 pm - 6 pm Dances of Universal Peace led by Pat Tamosetis

Sacred words from world wide traditions, sung and danced in circle... these simple dances are learned and experienced together. Come join us!

Community Activation Portal Workshops:

1-2 pm Radioactive Waste and Alternatives to Nuclear Energy
Ole Hendrickson and/or Lynn Jones – will share an update on the planned nuclear waste dump on the Ottawa River. Ole is an environmental scientist with a Ph.D. in Ecology.
Mycle Schneider – publishes the annual World Nuclear Industry Status Report. He is a founding board member and spokesperson of the International Energy Advisory Council.
Kathy Lindsay - is with the Bonnechere River Watershed Project.
2:30-3:30 pm   A vision for supporting Aboriginal reconciliation
Banakonda Kennedy-Kish Bell – is a full-time elder-in-residence at Wilfred Laurier University. She is the co-author of Case Critical: Social Services and Social Justice in Canada.
4-5 pm   Fostering mental health and wellness in our communities
Since 1978, the Phoenix Centre has provided mental health support services for Renfrew County youth. Learn about what services exist in Killaloe and bring your questions about mental health and wellness.
